Grounded Australia Comes to the Otways this April!
We're so excited to welcome Australia’s roaming food and regenerative farming festival, Grounded Australia to the Otways in April.
Festival founder, Mathew Evans has called on Brae's co-founder and chef, Dan Hunter and head gardener, Jo Lawson to join the inspiring 2026 speaker lineup.
Dan and Jo will tell their stories of ‘Cooking from Place’ and ‘Soil to Kitchen’, and how they work together to make Brae such a unique hospitality and sustainable agriculture offering for our guests.
They are just two of the dozens of local and international voices meeting at Yan Yan Gurt West Farm, 10 minutes from Brae, on April 22 & 23, for a powerful two days of inspiration.
