Dine
Our cuisine is ever-evolving, shifting with the rhythm of the weather and seasons.
We harvest our working lands daily and complement this with high quality, ethical produce drawn from our local region.

Farm
We manage the lands around Brae using regenerative farming techniques – free of pesticides and synthetic inputs – to produce much of what we serve in the restaurant. Each morning, our team of gardeners gather a harvest for that day’s service – which we complement with ingredients produced ethically by passionate local growers.
We encourage guests to connect with the landscape and have established paths throughout the property so you can explore the land that informs our ethos.
