Brae's Hospitality Apprentice and Trainee Discount has been extended for 2026.

To assist with professional development for those starting out in the industry, we offer a 50% discount on food and wine for Australian hospitality apprentices and trainees.

Through this initiative, we aim to nurture the creativity, optimism, curiosity and passion of the next generation of hospitality professionals.

After all, you can’t be what you can’t see!

How does it work?

A 50% discount applies to menu and paired beverages for hospitality industry apprentices and trainees visiting Brae on a Thursday or Sunday in 2026.

Reservations may be made via employers of apprentices by email to [email protected].

Employers, please email from your restaurant business email address, attaching a copy of your apprentice’s current signed apprenticeship training plan to be eligible.
